What are your rates?

Do you have any limits on coverage time?
Check out our Wedding Collections where you can see our coverage time and pricing for adding extra hours. 

How many photographs do I receive?
Our Wedding Collections include a minimum of 600 edited high-resolution images, but the majority of couples receive between 700-900 images based on their package.

Where will you travel?
We are based in Virginia and are available worldwide. We’ve photographed weddings in Virginia, Maryland, D.C., North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Pennsylvania, Illinois, West Virginia, Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, and California. Just to name a few :)

How do we book & pay?
After our initial consultation, we will send you a quote package where you will select a package, review and sign the contract, and complete payment. A minimum of 50% of the total balance is due at signing as a retainer, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event.

Are all of our photos edited?
Every gallery is professionally edited and curated before delivery to the client.

How long before I see my wedding photos?
Three to four weeks, tops!

Do you provide a copyright or image release?
Yes! We want your images to be yours. You will have rights to your photos and the proper documentation for proof. The images will be released to use, share and print your pictures.

What is the online print gallery?
Your online print gallery will contain all your high-resolution, print ready image files. Your online gallery also acts as Cloud Storage so you can always view and download your image files there.

What equipment do you use?
Our team uses pro-grade digital SLR equipment. We shoot Canon to ensure skin tones and colors are beautifully and accurately captured.

Do you guarantee your services?
Absolutely! In the event your photographer will not able to attend your wedding due to injury or otherwise (highly unlikely and has never happened), we have a team of photographers who can substitute. In the unlikely event none of our photographers are available we will provide a qualified professional wedding photographer of equivalent competency. We must stress, this has NEVER happened (knock on wood).

Do you provide a second photographer?
The Love Story II and III Collections include a second shooter and are ideal for events over 75 people or events requiring us to be in two places at once. 

Do you book more than one wedding per day?
When you book with 88 Love Stores, we are reserving that date for your wedding. We’re all yours!

Do you have backup equipment?
Yes. Several camera bodies, lenses, lights, batteries, and memory cards. Redundancy is our middle name :)

Do you require a meal break?
We ask that our clients include us in meal planning for any event exceeding 4 hours of coverage. We require one hot meal per photographer.

Do you charge for travel?
There are no fees for weddings taking place within 150 miles, and engagement sessions taking place within 30 miles of Richmond, Virginia. Any event beyond these ranges are subject to travel fees by the mileage tier disclosed in our packages and contract.
