How many photographs do I receive?
Our Wedding Collections include a minimum of 600 edited high-res images. The majority of couples receive between 700-900 images.
Where will you travel?
We are available worldwide. We are based in Virginia.
How do we book & pay?
After our initial consultation, a contract and deposit are required. The contract is completed online, and deposits are made by check or credit card with a minimum of 50% down.
Are all of our photos edited?
Every single photograph is professionally edited before delivery to the client and we do not batch edit our photographs.
How long before I see my wedding photos?
Three weeks, tops!
Do you provide a copyright or image release?
Yes! We want your images to be yours. You will have every right to your photos and the proper documentation for proof. The images will be released to use, share and print your pictures.
What is the online print gallery?
Your online print gallery will contain all your high-resolution, print ready image files. Your online gallery also acts as Cloud Storage so you can always view and download your image files there.
What equipment do you use?
Our team uses pro-grade Digital SLR equipment. We shoot Canon and Nikon.
Do you guarantee your services?
Absolutely! In the event your photographer will not able to attend your wedding due to injury or otherwise (highly unlikely and has never happened), we have a team of photographers who can substitute. In the unlikely event none of our photographers are available we will: 1) Provide a qualified professional wedding photographer, and 2) Negotiate a lower price and refund the difference to you.
Do you provide a second photographer?
Our Wedding Collections come with two photographers.
Do you book more than one wedding per day?
Each of our photographers are assigned only one wedding per day.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes. Several camera bodies, lenses and lights.
Do you require a meal break?
We ask that our clients include us in meal planning for any event exceeding 6 hours of coverage. We require one hot meal per photographer.
Do you charge for travel?
There are no fees for weddings taking place within 150 miles, and engagement sessions taking place within 50 miles of Richmond, Virginia. Any event beyond these ranges require travel fees by mileage tier.
